The Plastic Sheet Welding Machine has a solid steel structure base and regulates process forces via an SMC proportional valve, complying with welding standard DVS 2207. It can weld various materials such as sheet PVC, PE, PP, PVDF, ABS, twin walls PE and PP, with a welding range of 3.0 - 30 mm for solid wall and max 80 mm for twin walls. Optional auxiliary tools include a 90 - degree angle device, a clamp for rolling, and a foot pedal. Its functions cover welding line, welding circular, and 90° angle welding.
