SOCKET FUSION INSTRUCTION
1. Fusion Preparation
Choose the suitable machine and sockets.
Prepare the cutter,fusion material.
2. Cutting the pipe
Cutting the necessary pipe length with the plastic pipe cutter.
3. Clearing the pipe
Clearing the fusion surface of pipe with alcohol.
4. Measure fusion depth
Measure the fusion depth according the fusion standard table and mark.
5. Heating
Put the pipe and fitting into the sockets horizontal, Heating time refer standard.
6. Connecting and cooling
Connect the heated pipe and fitting exactly and adjustment finish in 5s.
