The SWT-V160/63MS polyethylene pipe butt fusion welding machine is specially designed for 63 - 160mm Hdpe Pp Pvdf pipes. It is applicable to the butt welding of PE, PP, PVDF plastic pipes and fittings in trenches at construction sites or workshops. It consists of a frame, a hydraulic device, a planing tool, a heating plate, a planing tool and heating plate bracket, and optional components. It features a detachable PTFE-coated heating plate equipped with a high-precision temperature control system and an electric planing tool. Made of lightweight and high-strength materials, it has a simple structure, is compact and delicate, and is easy to operate. The low starting pressure ensures the reliable welding quality of small pipes. The welding position can be changed, making it easier to weld various pipe fittings. The high-precision anti-vibration pressure gauge and the independent dual-channel timer accurately record the soaking and cooling time. Optional components include a short flange pipe end device and a data recorder.
